Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for orders in Saudi Arabia. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Eligible defective and non-defective items may be returned, and exchanges are available. Items damaged through use after delivery are not eligible.

There is no restocking fee. Return shipping within Saudi Arabia is free. To request a return, email nexonicproductsmart@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review it and provide return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
