- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Used or damaged items (not due to shipping issues) are not eligible

Return Method
- Returns are made via mail-in only. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid USPS return shipping label via email.
Delivery-Based Return Policy

How to Start a Return

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with a prepaid USPS return shipping label.
3. Pack Your Item
Ensure the product is in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
4. Ship the Return
Send the item using the prepaid USPS label provided by our support team.
Required Documents
- Include a copy of the Return Authorization
- Attach photos if needed (for damaged or defective items)
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
